Does this look like new, clean growth?

Does this look like new, clean growth? I've been on ciclopirox lacquer for almost 4 months. I was also on terbinafine but had to stop that a month in due to an allergic reaction. I THINK this is clean outgrowth but I don't want to get my hopes up. Out of the 4 that are infected, this is the only one showing improvement.
