Does anyone have pain that moves around?

Archive date 6 archived replies

Does anyone have pain that moves around? Every time I wear a different shoe even if it’s with my same custom orthotics the pain moves to different areas. Also, has anyone had custom orthotics that made their feet worse? I am wondering if I should try again with my custom orthotics.

Oh ya! One day the pain is in my heal. Then on the top of my foot and hours later in the ankle and rt side. I truly don’t understand and I am frustrated. My pain went away for three days and I was ecstatic. Woke up and it was back. I have a collection of orthotics, shoes, massage tools, and I had injections and therapy.

I find the custom orthotics create new pressure/pain points.

Yep, custom orthotics made my feet ten times worse! I haven’t worn them in weeks now as have been trying to find relief myself with other insoles etc. I won’t touch the custom orthotics; they killed me honestly.

PF pain moves around its normal. Focus on strengthening your body and feet. That will stop it.
