Hi I removed my big toe nail 2 months ago. I was soaking and doing all things as Dr told me. I am using ketocanozole ointment for the last one month. I still soak the toes in warm water once every 2 days. I was covering my toe with band aid for most of the time. But Dr told me to keep it open and been doing it only for the last few days.
