How come I’m no longer A-list preferred since SWA changed everything?
How come I’m no longer A-list preferred since SWA changed everything? I’ve been a card member for years and now it’s like starting all over again. I’m sure this has been discussed but I’m just wondering how many people this has affected. What is the reason for this?
