I have plantar fasciitis since last december in my left foot with 3 mm heel spur.

I have plantar fasciitis since last december in my left foot with 3 mm heel spur. I don't know if there's a tear because the doc only did an X-ray. However, my sole had been hurting for a while and during one of the workouts I felt a sharp stabbing pain with one of my steps and that's when the problems started. The doc said it will go away, use shoe silicone heel insert, go to laser therapy and thats all. I did 10x laser therapy sessions but it didn't help much.
