I need to hear some MIS SUCCESS stories!

I need to hear some MIS SUCCESS stories! Let me hear from the people who have had no issues, who have healed and recovered as they were told they would. I feel like the horror stories take center stage. I am 10 days PO, 50% weight-bearing, and see my surgeon tomorrow for my 1st PO visit/suture removal. Thus far, I have had no pain and have only needed ibuprofen with the exception of day 5 after a minor stumble I took an actual pain pill.
