I'm 40 old male I'm a big guy 250 6-2.
I'm 40 old male I'm a big guy 250 6-2. If I over work my feet as in walking too much or yard work my metatarsals (3-4) will flare up will hurt for one week and disappear I'd say few times a year been to two podiatrists spent lots on orthotics etc any suggestions. Pain is like walking on a golf ball for days on end
