I’m looking for something that may have worked for you for 2nd toe capsulitis/metatarsalalgia. I’m on my feet approximately 12hrs a day, work at a hospital and have purchased my shoes at a running store and have custom made orthotics which I see a slight improvement with but still in pain! Thank you!! Edited to add: I’ve already had a 2nd opinion from a podiatrist and still not much relief. Thinking of going to a 3rd podiatrist
