I’m new to the group.

I’m new to the group. I was diagnosed with heal spurs and planters facetious over 20 years ago. I’ve been through physical therapy twice and have tried dozens of different shoes. I’ve been to 3 different podiatrist’s and I’ve had injections in one heel. Nothing is helping and I’m petrified of surgery. I’ve know people that have gone through with surgery and the pain was back within a couple years. I’m currently trying Magnesium o
