Just Got surgery last Monday the 18th pain was very manageable with meds. I took oxy for 3-4 days then just used Motrin and nerve blocker. I take Calcium K2 and D3 daily they all work together to get into system and to bones and joints for healing. I did step on foot yesterday with a little discomfort after uhhhh big toe gets swollen when I'm up too long I washed my hair today and showered guess that was bit too much. I sleep with leg elevated.
