So I have had extreme foot pain in my arches and heels going up my calves for the past 1.5 years and I feel like I've tried everything. I've spent so much money on insoles,( the rigid arch support insoles from my podiatrist seem to make it worse) expensive arch support shoes ( like Hokas, Brooks, Ortho feet, etc.)2 cortisone shots, physical therapy, dry needling and have even had MRIs and ultrasounds done on my feet which have only sh
