Y'all I'm going to end up losing my job with the USPS if I can't figure this out! I walk 8-10 miles a day and the pain in my heels is excruciating! I've been to an initial appointment with a podiatrist... Basically approving my shoes (Brooks), PowerStep insoles, tennis ball rolling and stretching and if it's not better in a month to come back and we'll consider shots.
