Good morning you all. I just wanted to provide an update. I had my 2nd in-person pt session very early this morning (7a-7:45a). We were 15 minutes late because my driver (hubs) thought I had an appt at the clinic and drove there instead and I wasn’t paying attention . Anyway, the session, as usual, went really well. Your fascia shortens during rest. When you stand it tears or lengthens to mirco tearing. That’s why.

Before you get out of your chair, stretch your feet and calves a few times. You should find that helps.

You can’t even cancel your own policies in house. The client has to call a corporate number and be harassed first.

Hey independents, remember when insurers actually used to limit the number of contracts/agencies in a certain area? Apparently, those days are long gone.
