Hi everyone. I joined this group a couple of weeks ago because I was convinced I had a bunion. I saw the podiatrist today and it turns out I have bad arthritis in my big toe - hallux rigidus. She said I could be conservative and wear a certain kind of shoe or she could shave the bone down. I was told I would be able to drive in 2 weeks. I'm pretty sick of the big bump on the top of my foot and my foot swelling everytime I wear an enclosed shoe.
