I fell on my foot.

I fell on my foot. And has been three weeks i am still not able to bear weight and has swelling with tingling and numbness with pain. . Initial xray did not show any fracture but today I got MRI done. Because i have lot of midfoot pain upto the ankle . I am so upset they did not do MRI of my ankle though i have pain in my ankle also . Anyways based on the report below what everyone thinks from their personal experience ? Also yet t
