I have a bone spur on my heel.
I have a bone spur on my heel. I know that's a given that it can hurt. My question is the outside of my foot right where that that pointy bone sticks out i get jabbing pain and sometimes it feels like a rubber band snapping. Is that normal? I have had an x-ray it showed a bone spur and soft tissue swelling.
