I’m 10 weeks PO and back to work teaching.
I’m 10 weeks PO and back to work teaching. I’m still in a boot for protection (8 yr olds accidentally step on my feet) and swelling. I’ve started wearing compression socks for the swelling, but not sure how much they help. Just wondering if I should sleep in compression socks, too or give my swollen foot a break.
