I’m 4 and a half months into my surgery, and my foot is stil

I’m 4 and a half months into my surgery, and my foot is still super sensitive even when I take a shower and the water hits my foot… is this normal? I have my husband run my foot to try and stop it from freaking out but I haven’t been able to take my ace bandage off when it’s in a shoe.. swelling still comes and goes especially with the heat I try icing behind the knee I try keeping myself cool, but it swells to an uncomfortable level…… See more All reactions:

Ev Marie Rising contributor Im in the same boat.. i also have herniated discs and my daily walks really helped to strengthen my core but since ive been stuck on the couch due to PF.. ive been riding my indoor exercise bike, doing back core exercises and also trying to find a good 15-20 min seated cardio video on youtube.. also i know several people who tried the good feet orthotics $$ with negative results
