About 5 weeks ago I broke my 1st metatarsal in my left foot.
About 5 weeks ago I broke my 1st metatarsal in my left foot. I have been in a non bearing weight boot. They did not have boots in office so I was directed to purchase my own which this is the one I bought on Amazon. I am noticing this is very heavy. Due to the first metatarsal being broke and everytime I put the Velcro strap on and the Velcro buckle I get shooting pains in my toes and tingling. I called the dr and she said the only other option is a plaster cast which I am a
