Any suggestions for good footwear. I'm in agony! I work full time in retail so on my feet constantly. Surgery not an option

Thank you all for replying, I'm too scared for surgery yet its really affecting my walking and making my back ache from compensating! I think I will have to take the next step and contact my GP and go from there
