Anyone else feeling panicky hot & sweaty in their layers of dressings/bandages. Feels really hot in there and want it all off!!!. Just one week post op for me and then this heatwave!! Trying to lie still in shaded room and relax/breathe. One more hot day to go. Bonus is that I don't feel I'm missing out being active outdoors as too hot for me! A week has actually gone by reasonably quickly. Got a really sore heel under those b
