Anyone have pain or symptoms like this???

Anyone have pain or symptoms like this??? I’ve had left foot 2nd toe pain with top of foot/base of 2nd toe pain for about 3 years. I’ve been to several foot drs to try to find out what’s wrong. I’ve had mri’s, X-rays, ultrasound, cortisone shots, change in shoes, orthotics and even was in a cam walker boot for 6 months. This pain is absolutely horrible when walking, bending the toe, pushing lightly on it etc. I have gotten basically no answers and this pain hasn’t gotten
