The toenail on my pinky toe does nothing but jab into the side of the second smallest toe so surely it would be better to leave the party altogether?! Erin Collis Today is 4 weeks and 5 days post op after a double bunionectomy. Bandages and compulsory shoes have now been removed. Can someone please assist with after care for my feet please. Should I soak them and if so in what solution and what ointments/lotions are best to assist with the healing. I’m thinking a warm salty water solution and possibly a vitamin E cream but happy to hear any further suggestions. Please don’t judge the toenails .
