Anyone in the Sharon Valley/Welsh Hills area have any issues yesterday or last night with break ins or weird activity? We had a random man walk to our house last night at 7pm and then at 12:30am I got on video 2 men with flashlights walking by our house talking about breaking into houses.

If tire was airborne and hit them they wouldn’t be at fault, but if it was on the ground at the time they collided with it, it will be at fault.

At Fault accident is going to rate less than a not at fault with progressive. leave it be.
