As u can see, my left foot is pretty good. The bunion under the big toe isn't bad. I'm a waitress and about every 3 to 4 years I have to get cortisone shots in it. It hurts so bad, like it's stiff. Any other remedies that help other than shots. My foot dr isn't recommending surgery.
