Can anyone recommend a foot cream that helps with nerve pain?

Can anyone recommend a foot cream that helps with nerve pain? Ive tried over the counter arthritis pain cream. Shawn Sherrie Bruch turned off commenting for this post. Kevin N Carrie I’m new to the group. I was diagnosed with heal spurs and planters facetious over 20 years ago. I’ve been through physical therapy twice and have tried dozens of different shoes. I’ve been to 3 different podiatrist’s and I’ve had injections in one heel. Nothing is helping and I’m petrified of surgery. I’ve know people that have gone through with surgery and the pain was back within a couple years. I’m currently trying Magnesium o Matt Van Ek For 16 months now I’ve been battling tenderness, soreness, pain in my FHL tendon directly underneath both big toes. Difficult to walk as pushing-off can be quite painful. I’ve tried just about every imaginable conservative measure, with no luck (see list below). I’m considering ESWT (shock treatment) and/or PRP injections. Does anyone have any experience with either in this particular area of the foot?
