Deep tissue laser I've got PF and bursitis.

Deep tissue laser I've got PF and bursitis. Exercises from podiatrist made the pain worse, especially heel drops. Had deep tissue laser 4 times at sports medicine clinic and am pain free all day until about 8pm, then it comes back. I'm thinking about going to traditional PT to get some exercises to do at home bc I'm worried the laser will wear off. I've had this since March. Anyone else have the laser help them?
