Did anyone get pain on the inside side of the foot sort of mid arch?
Did anyone get pain on the inside side of the foot sort of mid arch? I think it's where first metatarsal bone meets the midfoot. Happened yesterday on a big walk. I was in pain but with others so tolerated it. Today I can barely walk on it. I was going to wait for the MICA bunionectomy but think this is from my distorted stride and might just go a head with it.
