Does lotrimin help paronychia?

Does lotrimin help paronychia? My big toe became red and painful. When I push the skin around it some blood comes from around my cuticle. I’ve had issues with this toe in the past but started flaring up the last couple days. Pic in comments

Are you sure you do not have an ingrown nail? Pour a little peroxide on it, if it fizzes you have infection.
