Dry needling or Shockwave?
Dry needling or Shockwave? I have been dealing with this for a full year now and tried all the shoes, trinkets, etc and now have had a few sessions with PT after a visit to the podiatrist. PT suggested dry needling, podiatrist suggested shockwave. They of course just happen to offer the things they recommend but both are similar price and timelines to recovery from what I can tell. For additional context, this started as achilles tendinitis.
