EDIT / UPDATE: I don’t want to scare ppl off from having the surgery so wanted to update - I despaired for nothing!! The next morning the physio came and propped me up onto my feet; and I haven’t had any issues getting up and tottering around since I’m 6 days post op now and life is fine, pain generally around 0-2/10, hardest part is working from the bed! Very grateful for this support group xx How did you take those first few step— feeling broken.
