First consult and Podiatrist recommended big toe fusion (R food), but only if pain is truly bad (it isn’t bad unless I wear tight shoes or go for a 5+ mile run/walk). Said Lapiplasty may not be the solve long term, so to do the fusion instead. Recommended orthotics and CBD cream for Arthritis. How do I know if fusion is the only/right option? Suggestions or thoughts on CBD cream? Note same Podiatrist had assistant wrap my foot (not toe) to see how support would feel. Wrapping left me with blisters after day 1 so I had to remove it.
