For me, foot drop feels like my foot doesn’t want to lift the way it’s supposed to. I have to be careful when I walk because my toes can catch on the ground. Walking barefoot, especially on sand, is uncomfortable, so I feel much more stable wearing tennis shoes. It can be frustrating and tiring, but I keep going and make the best of it.
