Gabapentin dose I met with my primary care doc who gave me Gabapentin 100mg for the nerve pain in my toes. I'm 3 1/2 weeks past MIS bunion surgery. She said to start at 1 pill twice a day for a few days then go to 3 times a day if needed. The pills do make me nauseas and a little dizzy. She said they work better if taken throughout the day. I guess side effects usually go away. And this is a low dose so not hard to get off of. I tend to metabolize medication really fast so s
