Support Group(: Been having bad issues with the pain from the bunions and corns. I got a pair of hoka bondi 8 shoes for work since I'm on my feet 24/7, customer service. Since I started wearing them, only 2 days, I've noticed a huge difference in the way I walk and stand and the pain subsided! Man oh man!! Had to boast... found out that a store called road runner sports has wider shoes for people like us!!

Do most bunion sufferers also have over pronation? I’ve found having “stability” running shoes helps with guiding how I land and how I weight bear which helps minimize the worsening of my bunion. Most running shoe companies make a “stability” running shoe, and Saucony makes a stability runner in the wide option too.

I wear running shoes all the time now too, they are designed to absorb impact and it makes a big difference at the end of the day! My bunion ache at night isn’t bad when I wear runners
