Had ingrown toenail permanent procedure with phenol and both toes done almost 2 months ago.

Had ingrown toenail permanent procedure with phenol and both toes done almost 2 months ago. Now im having foot pain under the big toes in the joint/tissues where it bends, left foot is worse! Walking began getting painful so i began using shoe inserts for support. Im thinking its bruising from the procedure and I am hoping itll heal with time. Please assure, whats done is done i can only move forward. I hope this heals!
