Happy to say I am post op day eight. I had a gastoc recession for my PF. My orthopedic surgeon says she’s seeing great things with this simple endoscopic surgery. I heard it could take weeks for the pain to go away especially if you had PF for several months. But I have had very little pain in my heel. It’s wonderful!! This is my right calf with a two inch incision with stitches still. I am still no weight bearing and trying to be a good patient. Just wanted to share i
