My question is: because she is younger, and very active, will she recover faster than an adult. I’m also worried about pain management; I do not want to pump pain pills in her, but also don’t want her to be in pain. Can she come off of these pretty quickly, with Advil/tylenol as the alternative? Realistic expectations for returning to school, etc. Anyone else have their child go through this. I have a large bunion (with arthritis)that is causing the great toe to push on 2nd toe. I'm looking/hoping for a conservative approach.
