Has anyone else had Lapidus, Akin Kessel Bonnie, TarsiTree Implant ? Stephanie Arch Hi all! I just wanted to introduce myself and share a photo I took. I’m Stephanie. I’m 52. I’ve had bunions since I was a teenager in high school. I put off the surgery as I was told to not do it until it hurt enough. No one tells you what enough is. I waited until it was hard to walk and hurt and I was falling. I had my left foot surgery May 25th as it was the worst of the two and the one giving me the most pain. AttractiveLadybug797 I had my surgery on both feet Monday 6 days ago. I've been elevating since and pain has been manageable. I noticed when i walk on them (with crutches) only to the toilet and back they become swollen and toes go purple and tingly. Elevating again makes it all normal again. Today I felt I had good progress as pain was much less but suddenly when I went to the bathroom they became again very swollen and purple and warm/tingly.
