Has anyone else noticed a noticeable improvement in their PF with massage therapy focused on the glutes and lower back? I've been struggling for months and after my Tuesday appointment was nearly pain free (just a minor twinge here and there) for 4-5 days after. It's slowly coming back as they tighten again. Planning to borrow my daughter's Renpho massage gun to see if I can loosen them up again.

I had same experience with massage, it took pain away for 4 to 5 days and then came back.

I started using the Renpho massage gun to see if using it consistently in between appointments, if it continues to improve. Will keep you posted 🙂

It was tight calves for me. Find someone certified in Active Release Technique!

I thought mine was related to tight calves, but working on the glutes has made an immense improvement in my calves and she commented on how they're no longer as tight.

Yes but with them working on my calf and foot. I was pain free until I ran again
