Has anyone experienced swollen calves/legs 11 weeks post surgery, sitting back at a desk for 9/10hrs a day?

Has anyone experienced swollen calves/legs 11 weeks post surgery, sitting back at a desk for 9/10hrs a day? How can I stop this from happening? Would a lymphatic drainage massage help?
