has anyone had a toenail look worse while on treatment before it gets better?
has anyone had a toenail look worse while on treatment before it gets better? I am currently on Jublia. I feel like the yellow portion has started to go deeper into my nail, even though I have been on it for 3 months. I know I need to do at least a year. Just wondered if this is normal or if it is not working?

Jublia didn't work for me. It's difficult to wait long enough for it to absorb. I found better success with econazole nitrate 1% lotion (cheap prescription). That combined with oral terbinafine finally got rid of mine. It was the easiest off all the things I tried too.

I think the starting point has to be to remove the impacted nail I saw what u r seeing before I started to use a power nail file now it is entirely different story In my case tea tree oil is doing great things. Ie remove the damaged nail which shields the bugs

I was on Julia years ago it didn't work, but I also was not consistent. Now in order to get Julia it would be over $700 so I'm doing the prescription nail polish that turns my nail yellow. Hopefully it works

The remedies that worked, I could tell pretty quickly. I think if it's getting worse instead of better after 3 months, it's not working.
