Has anyone made things worse with shock therapy?

Has anyone made things worse with shock therapy? Both feet were equally painful since last July. On Dec. 29, I underwent shockwave therapy on the left foot and that foot instantly hurt much worse. Since then, I’ve used all the gadgets, had cortisone shots, massage, chiropractic adjustments, and mircroneedling and I have worn expensive compression socks, every type of shoe mentioned in this group and custom orthotics— on both feet.
