Has anyone tried PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injections?
Has anyone tried PRP (platelet-rich plasma) injections? Are they truly effective? What level of improvement can be expected? How many injections are typically needed? I would really appreciate it if anyone with experience could share their feedback.
