Having my bunion removed on 18th September on NHS, only had to wait 2 months! Has anyone got any must haves or tips post surgery please? Many thanks Jennifer Rollinson It's nearly 4 months since my bunion op. I wore a splint for as long as surgeon said to. But my biggest toe doesn't sit flat to floor and is moving towards toe next to it again. Has this happened to anyone else? Many thanks. Stephanie Wright Do any of you wear toe seperators with sandals that don't look ridiculous?, or found some comfy sandals that provide support. I love my merrell sandals but I've noticed recently even after surgery last year that the big toe on my right foot is starting to bend again, to say I'm frustrated is an understatement. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. GiftedEagle2771 No chance of relief/cure is there without surgery and even then its not going to be perfect? I have tried massage and physio and every tells me mine is Minore bunion with flexi flat function foot. To me me it feels like its all over and im 37.
