Hello! I didnt know what bunions were before and I thought it was normal for my feet to be like this. There is no pain. But I bought toe spreader and corrector as well. Do you think surgery is required? And does it grow by years or months or weeks? I am 29 and I am really scared

Lots of conservative treatments to try if you do start having pain. If your bunions don’t bother you, then leave it alone!!! They don’t necessarily grow or change -that depends on your foot mechanics, genetics, and footwear choices. Try not to worry.
I would see a foot dr & start with orthotics inserts & proper footwear to possibly stop it from getting worse & avoid surgery. They use minimally invasive to freely. Had lapiplasty on my left foot Sept 2024 &am now having hardware removed. Afraid to h
