Hey everyone -tomorrow will be 7days since I had my surgery on both feet. I have only been getting out of bed to go to bathroom which is only a metre away several times per day. When I get up I can hear crunching -its prob me being paranoid I am doing damage by walking. I am trying to follow surgeon's instructions on complete bedrest. I won't be seeing him for post op visit for another 9 days. At what point post surgery did you g
