Hey guys, for those of you who were diagnosed with a bunionette/ Tailor’s Bunion, how did they diagnose it…
Hey guys, for those of you who were diagnosed with a bunionette/ Tailor’s Bunion, how did they diagnose it definitively as a bunionette? To be honest , I’m not even sure what I have, cause while mine looks like a bunionette, it appears that other bunionettes are fixed conditions while mine swells up and down, and sometimes even disappears with medicine. Also, there have been other suggestions on Facebook that it might be a tendon, or arthritis, or even gout. I do suffer from gout in my big toe, and I must say this does not resemble gout as there’s no pain, while I’m resting. On the other hand, it does feel hot, like gout does. All opinions welcome !

I definitely have a tailor’s bunion, but it is small. Very easy to diagnose. It turned out that my pain is from a tendon so I’m delaying surgery.

It's a bunion but on the 5th toe. Not hard to diagnose

I have a tailors bunion diagnosed by a podiatrist and definitely does not disappear
