Hi all. I'm 10 weeks post op tomorrow. Bunion removal on my right foot. Been in hokas bondi 9 since week 7. Gradually walking longer distances. I have scar tissue on the arch of my foot( Massaging daily to disperse it)Surgeon says bones are healing well and scar looks good. Im limping when walking though and foot feels so stiff .. Just started exercising toe last week. Any tips anyone please...?
