Hi all, I've had sore feet for as long as I can remember. I'm 55 and a primary school teacher, active and live walking with my dog. The last few months have been agony even when my feet are up and in bed. Particularly my right foot and arch (which feels beaten and bruised). My bunions are red and inflamed feeling. I went to an osteopath who specialises in feet to have orthopedic insoles made for my trainers to lift my arches and hope
